As you undoubtedly know by now, Windows Server 2008, formerly codenamed Longhorn is the first Microsoft server operating system to deliver native support for PHP hosting out of the box. Why is this a big deal? Well, web developers, and especially PHP developers already have the answer to this question, but I will still indulge myself, for the rest of the readers. It all comes down to LAMP vs. WISP. Bear with me, I will explain in second, and I promise to make the best of it. Both acronyms refer to infrastructures made up of an operating system, a web server and a database management system.
Right, that’s just three out of four. And in this sense, the P stands for the PHP scripting language. Essentially, LAMP is Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP, while WISP is Windows, IIS, SQL and PHP. If you follow WordPress development closely you’ve probably noticed a few new faces around lately, or to be more accurate a few old faces who are taking on bigger roles in the community. I would like to take this opportunity to announce and publicly congratulate Mark Jaquith and Peter Westwood who have both become lead developers, the highest development honor on WordPress.org.
Mark Jaquith has been using and contributing to WordPress since 2004. Mark especially enjoys watching people use WordPress to express themselves in areas of the world where free expression is suppressed. But, being a voracious consumer of information, he probably reads your cat blog too.
Peter works as an Embedded Software Engineer developing a web-enabled BMS controller. Using WordPress since version 1.0.1, Peter spends his spare time triaging bugs on Trac and investigating new open source tools. When not at the computer Peter can often be found photographing flowers, animals and cars and listening to a wide variety of music.

The interesting thing about blog is that they are not a waste of time .On the contrary , they is usually educational and provide energy and excitement . *Have a topicThe best blogs i follow usualy have a focous .The auther thinks about a single topis or intrest. A good blog has a targeted audience. You can't be everything to all people . But try to something to all people.
*Thought provokingThe good blogger does not stop with the idea. He pursues it to the end. He comes up with examples, makes it fun to read .He comes up with the new ideas, pokes holes on yhe status quo. He is not afraid to share his ideas.
*Have confidenceYou hate him , you love him . Sometimes at the same time .A confident blogger makes you want to read him. It is kind of like debates.They can fun even when they are about boring stuff.
*Cutting edgeA good blog should give you good outbound links- intersting, useful stuff what's going on ? Wher are the other good articals? Some bloggers Don't have much to talk about, but they find out when someone somewhere posted a really cool entry on their blog.
*Be uniqeAnother interesting observation about great bloggers is that they are all unique.They have their own style.
* NetworkingThe nice thing about blogging is that it is a social activity. A group activity. Like any team sport, sum is usualy much greater than its parts.Many not-so-great bloggers can creat a great community.
*What i will do1. Write what i believe in .
2. Share my experince .
3. Have good outbound links.
4. Keep it simple and to the point.
