You can use the following keyboard shortcuts with a Microsoft Natural Keyboard or any other compatible keyboard that includes the Windows logo key (microsoft company symbol) and the Application key (the right side of logo key).These two keys are there in between alt and ctrl keys.

- Right SHIFT for eight seconds:----------->Switch FilterKeys on and off.

Windows Explorer keyboard shortcuts:
- END:------->Display the bottom of the active window.
- HOME:----->Display the top of the active window.
- NUM LOCK+ASTERISK on numeric keypad (*):-------->Display all subfolders under the selected folder.
- NUM LOCK+PLUS SIGN on numeric keypad (+):-------->Display the contents of the selected folder.
- NUM LOCK+MINUS SIGN on numeric keypad (-):-------->Collapse the selected folder.
- LEFT ARROW:-------->Collapse current selection if it's expanded, or select parent folder.
- RIGHT ARROW:-------->Display current selection if it's collapsed, or select first subfolder.
Notes:
- You must associate a password with your user account to secure it from unauthorized access. If you do not have a password associated with your user account, pressing the +L will not prevent other users from accessing your account information.
- Some keyboard shortcuts may not work if StickyKeys is turned on in Accessibility Options.
- If you are connected to Windows through Microsoft Terminal Services Client, some shortcuts have changed. For more information, see the online documentation for Terminal Services Client.
StickyKeys is designed for people who have difficulty holding down two or more keys simultaneously. When a shortcut requires a key combination, such as CTRL+P, StickyKeys will enable you to press a modifier key (CTRL, ALT, or SHIFT), or the Windows logo key (), and have it remain active until another key is pressed.
- Open (Accessibility Options. )
- On the Keyboard tab, under StickyKeys, select the Use StickyKeys check box.
To turn off StickyKeys, clear the Use StickyKeys check box.
Notes:
- To open Accessibility Options, click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Accessibility Options.
- If the Use shortcut check box in the Settings for StickyKeys dialog box is selected, you can turn StickyKeys on or off by pressing the SHIFT key five times.

On-Screen Keyboard is a utility that displays a virtual keyboard on the screen and allows users with mobility impairments to type data using a pointing device or joystick. On-Screen Keyboard is intended to provide a minimum level of functionality for users with mobility impairments.
On-Screen Keyboard has three typing modes you can use to type data:
- In clicking mode, you click the on-screen keys to type text.
- In scanning mode, On-Screen Keyboard continually scans the keyboard and highlights areas where you can type keyboard characters by pressing a hot key or using a switch-input device.
- In hovering mode, you use a mouse or joystick to point to a key for a predefined period of time, and the selected character is typed automatically.
